Talent training
Entry guidance: The Human Resources Dept. Of Pinyu provides training to new entrants, including the company profile, rules and regulations, basic necessities, pay and benefits, etc., to guide newcomers into the company's culture more quickly and to work smoothly.
Pre-job training: The leader of each department provides training to new entrants of the department he is responsible for. The main contents include departmental architecture, workflow, work required knowledge, skills, attitude and other related content. The purpose is to let the new staff understand the work faster.
On-the-job training: A series of training received by employees during their daily work. The purpose is to let the staff improve themselves, and to do the job better.
